A stunned silence filled the room as the audience, made up of Tesco's Directors, listened intently to Andy's experiences on the frontline in Afghanistan.
The function was a dinner in a restaurant near the Tescos head office, set up for the purpose of discussing leadership. Andy was the key note speaker and fulfilled his role excellently!
